Full Job Description

  • Supports end to end Workplace Experience processes and operational improvements

  • Gather and maintain data and review analytics to drive Workplace Experience decisions and insights

  • Supports Workplace Experience initiatives, driving content and supporting workplace community engagement

  • Supports the production of monthly data for Workplace Experience and key partners

  • Supports effective planning and change delivery driving content and engagement across Workplace Experience Team

  • Supports management of Workplace Experience team branding and templates and works with collaborators and internal teams to ensure we're creating a world class experience within our workplaces

  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and experience working on projects and supporting delivery

  • You're self organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively and deliver at pace

  • You have a strong storytelling ability through both internal and external presentations and produce engaging and impactful content

  • You can evidence a culture-first mentality, evidenced through influencing of culture and behaviours in your current role

  • You build relationships with those around you quickly, understanding needs and putting others at ease

  • You consistently apply an inclusive approach to work, showing care for other colleagues

  • You have proficiency in utilising the Microsoft 365 suite as an aid for a variety of tasks


  • And any experience of these would be really useful
  • Previous experience working with Power Bi

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Evidence of supporting co-ordination of cross-functional teams and/or working groups

  • You think differently to others - able to demonstrate an ambitious and innovative approach to your role

  • An understanding of our Workplace Experience proposition and Group cultural objectives
