Full Job Description

  • Provide logistical support for Workplace Experience team processes for suppliers e.g. FedEx, mail rooms, TNT, Rico

  • Provide logistical support for suppliers including managing budgets, stock & other metrics in relation to account

  • Supports end to end Workplace Experience team strategy to improve and simplify workplace journeys, processes and logistics

  • Works across Workplace Experience internal team to ensure we're creating a world class experience within our workplaces

  • Provide process mapping support to wider Workplace Experience team

  • Baseline Workplace Experience team journeys and processes

  • Develop and manage Workplace Experience team process repository

  • Assess colleague impact of Workplace Experience journey and process changes

  • Support and manage any changes to Workplace Experience team journeys and processes

  • Self organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively and deliver at pace

  • Experience in analysing and presenting data in a logical and organised way

  • You can evidence effective planning and management of tasks

  • The ability to think creatively whilst getting into the detail

  • You build relationships with those around you quickly, understanding needs and putting others at ease

  • You consistently apply an inclusive approach to work, showing care for other colleagues

  • Previous experience in simplifying processes

  • Evidence of supporting co-ordination of cross-functional teams and/or working groups
