Workplace Tech Specialist with A strong focus on understanding CX (Colleague Experience) EUS (End User Services)technology, business processes, and success metrics, CX Roadmap, CX Workplace
Mission
Support our team in delivering excellent onsite service and enhancing digital literacy with a focus on Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities
Front-of-House Support: Be the first point of contact for colleagues seeking tech assistance.
Onsite Presence: Work Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, providing dedicated support.
Tech Bar Experience: Create an engaging tech bar environment to assist users.
Product Evangelism: Promote Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, gathering feedback to improve services.
Learning Initiatives: Develop and deliver training sessions (1-2-1, workshops, hackathons) to boost digital skills.
User Engagement: Drive adoption of Microsoft tools by addressing knowledge gaps and providing resources.
Incident Management: Prioritize and manage support requests according to SLAs.
Communication: Keep colleagues informed about tech updates and best practices.

Essential: Microsoft 365 foundational certification and strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite.
Desirable: Experience in a tech bar or similar environment, familiarity with ServiceNow, and ITIL qualifications.
