Works Coordinator

We are reactive and integral to the fluidity of the operational teams & managers. You will be responsible for the efficient communication between operational and commercial teams to ensure all works on site are tracked correctly to allow for prompt closures and billing. You will be tasked with the collation of personnel-related paperwork such as inductions, training, leaver and joiner details, absence requests as well as carrying out a weekly analysis of wages, timesheets and whereabouts. Tasks will be varied and include:

• Liaising with our procurement team, transport team and training team
• Raising of purchase orders through our online portals
• Organization of vehicle maintenance calendars
• Arranging and tracking works permits
• Supporting with risk assessments & method statements,
• Collation of personnel-related paperwork such as inductions, training, leaver and joiner details
• Logging absence requests
• Carrying out a weekly analysis of wages, timesheets and whereabouts
