The role involves co-ordinating the admin processes associated with the service workshop, located in Wolverhampton and our central service workshop. You will need to be flexible in your approach, with an eye for detail, understand the importance of standardised procedures and have a desire to identify and implement process improvements. A need to provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers is essential. Additional requirements involve handling calls from our salesforce and customers along with internal sales tasks. This is a demanding role and will require applicants to be organised and accurate in their work, whilst able to meet tight daily deadlines. You will need to rapidly integrate with the existing team and immediate high levels of performance will be required. Office administration experience is essential, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Office and SAP would be particularly advantageous.Your role: Co-ordinate all admin processes associated with the Atlas Copco service Workshop within SPIRIT and SAPUtilise workshop flow in SPIRIT to process all products processed through Atlas Copco's service workshopsProcessing of quotations, orders and sales invoices to defined deadlinesInput, coordinate and manage sales orders, from order through to dispatch and invoicingProactive customer updates to advise of delivery dates and changed order status.Investigating and resolving invoice queries, from customers and external suppliers.Create and follow up quotations within Salesforce and or SPIRIT in support of the overall sales team targets.Handling office sales calls.Processing of purchase orders to suppliers (PTD, CSW etc)To undertake ad-hoc work as required.To succeed, you will need: Experience working in business administration is essential.Excellent PC skills including MS365.Experience working with SAP and excellent telephone manners.Good English and Maths skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
