Workshop Manager

We're looking for a dynamic Workshop Manager to take the reins at our busy Coventry site. You'll lead a talented team and manage a fleet that spans everything from light commercial vehicles to top-of-the-line prestige cars., As Workshop Manager, your mission is simple: get our customers' vehicles back on the road safely and fast! You'll keep the workshop ticking over smoothly day-to-day, lead a top-notch team, and make sure we're always delivering for our customers.

• You're a qualified technical expert (Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance) with solid experience running a workshop.
• You love working with people and know how to bring the best out of your team.
• You've got a sharp business sense and know what makes a workshop run like clockwork.
• Problem-solving is your thing, especially when it comes to keeping customers happy.
• You get a kick out of seeing others grow and succeed, and sharing your knowledge is what you're all about.

Package: Up to £45,650 per year (Basic: £37,500 + Bonus: £3,750 OTE + Company Car or Car Allowance: £4,400 per year),
