Full Job Description

As a Workshop Provision Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll have a pivotal role supporting the whole of Babcock DSG workshop with the procurement of parts.

Day-to-day, you'll manage associated provisioning activities to ensure optimum spares availability, raising and managing orders to achieve the organisation's service targets for both internal and external customers.

  • Make full use of data, systems and best practice to meet customer expectations and business performance indicators

  • Support the team in the maintenance, improvement and sharing of best practice in provision and data cleansing activities

  • Process planned orders within the business ERP system taking into account and reacting business priorities

  • Undertake all provisioning support activities as directed by management


  • This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Donnington.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Able to work closely with all relevant stakeholder

  • Experience of the MOD Supply chain isn't essential but is desirable, We value difference and don't have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education, provided you can show the required level of experience and/or willingness to learn then we would like to hear from you., The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
