Full Job Description
- Assist the Workshop Manager with staff development and upskilling
- Supervise health and safety, complete risk assessments and method statements
- Plan and forecast jobs, manage stock levels, and distribute work
- Drive production meetings and manage work in progress
- Provide technical assistance for repairs and field issues
- Complete technical reports and develop quotations
- Manage workflow to meet deadlines and customer expectations

Engineering diploma or equivalent work experience (centrifuge background desirable) - Proficient in relationship management and effective communication
- Advanced time management skills
- IT proficiency and ability to lead by example
