Full Job Description

As a Workshop Supervisor Support, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll play a pivotal part in supporting the Supervisor with their day-to-day activity enabling the workshop to perform and ultimately keep us safe and secure both at work and home.

Day to day, you'll provide a route for Supervisors to delegate tasks as appropriate allowing them to focus and prioritise their time on the needs on the workshop floor team.

  • Data inputting and updating to key systems, including SAP, Synergi, Clockwise, SRM, DriverCheck, HandsHQ, JAMES

  • Running data reports and performing simple data manipulation as required

  • Supporting production team with paperwork, job pack completion, collection and distribution

  • Creation of simple reporting and information packs to support communication and engagement with team

  • Submitting purchasing requests on behalf of team, receipting on arrival of goods and services working through any invoice queries ensuring prompt payment to suppliers


  • This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Bovington.

  • Competent IT literacy and experience of key MS applications including Windows, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Educated to Level 2 in National Qualification Framework (NQF) as a minimum (GCSE grade C or above, level 1 National Vocational qualification (NVQ), Level 1 diploma)

  • Completed (or working towards) British Safety Council Level 2

  • Full UK driving licence
