Full Job Description

In this role, Workspace Specialist will work over OPEN Health's physical locations including any co-working or sublease arrangements to ensure everything is running smoothly and effectively from end to end when it comes to employee and client experiences but also through to the equipment onsite that drives the best experience possible. This role will also have a strong focus on fostering Inclusion and Wellbeing, ensuring that diverse perspectives are embraced and supported, and promoting a healthy, balanced work environment for all employees.,

  • Work across all OPEN Health offices and co-working spaces/sublets globally to ensure employees and visitors have the best experience no matter the location
  • Responsible for our global desk matrix booking system administration
  • Support the management and planning of essential services (incl. maintenance, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, recycling and similar)
  • Responsible for Health & Safety across the company including the leading the Health & Safety Committee
  • Ensuring Health & Safety compliance, Fire Safety and First Aid in all locations
  • Responsible for all front of house professionalism ensuring in every physical location where we have Workspace resources, the employees and visitors get a seamless experience from the minute they arrive to the moment they leave

    Experience in a similar role within a high-paced environment
  • Previous experience in Health & Safety
  • Positive can-do and hands-on attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
