Full Job Description

The role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced project manager with internal communications and employee engagement experience, to lead a programme of work over the next 12 months, increasing adoption and effective use of our global internal communications and engagement platform, Workvivo. You'll help us make health happen by
- Lead the programme delivery to ensure we are maximising our investment in the platform and ensuring news and content are reaching all our people, particularly with our frontline teams
- Gather feedback from users to understand local needs and develop personas to improve the user experience
- Monitor and analyse platform usage data to identify trends, measure impact, and make data-driven decisions to improve platform engagement
- Develop and implement strategies tailored to local needs to drive adoption and ongoing engagement of the internal communications platform in each area.
- Collaborate with both Group and local People, Internal Communications, Technology and other departments to ensure the platform meets local communication needs and delivers agreed milestones for each business area
- Train and support local champions and users on how to effectively use the platform
Proven track record of successfully implementing and driving the adoption of technology solutions within an organisation - Exemplary project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrable excellence in internal communications and employee engagement
- Proven ability to understand complex communication issues and recognise business-wide implications
- Commercial mindset, ensuring that agenda is positioned within the broader business and wider industry/economic context.
