We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Wound Care Practitioner to join our professional team in Folkestone.

This role is part of the community nursing team, to provide high quality, specialist care to housebound patients with complex wounds in an outpatient clinic setting. This service additionally provides advice andsupport to the Community Nursing Teams as required as a source of expertise in managing complex wounds. As a Wound Care Practitioner, you will have responsibilities of caseload management, the day to day running of the clinic and responsibility for the quality of care provided., The Wound Care Practitioner is responsible for the running of the day-to-day Wound Clinics and ensure close collaborative working relationships with Primary Care Networks, Community Nursing Teams and other members of the MDT, providing shared care to meet the health and social care needs of the local population.
