Wraparound Care Assistant- Mornings

We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Wraparound Care Assistant to join our team in January 2025 to assist our wraparound provision for children aged 3-11. The successful candidate will be responsible for the care of the children in in our Wraparound provision. We are seeking an individual to:

• Provide a high standard of care for children in wraparound provision.
• Work as part of a team to provide and maintain an enabling, stimulating, safe environment.
• Build and maintain a strong working partnership with parents and carers.
• Ensure the wraparound provision is run to meet the needs of the children and complies with all necessary compliance legislation and policies.
  
  A minimum of Grade C Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
• An understanding of the needs of children.
• An ability to work within a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Good organisation skills.
