West Yorkshire Police are looking to recruit a Full Time SLT Secretary to join the Department / Directorate team at Carr Gate, Wakefield. Within this role you will provide a comprehensive support function to a District/Departmental Senior Leadership Team. This role will require you to be the first point of contact for Senior Leadership Team ensuring calls, messages and visitors are dealt with in a courteous and efficient manner. Maintaining and coordinating diaries, calendars and rotas are essential to the role, to ensure effective time management of the Senior Leadership Team. In addition, you will attend regular meetings ensuring accurate minutes and actions are logged, completed and updated accordingly., Applicants should be aware that it is not always possible to carry out adequate vetting checks on persons who have not been resident within the UK for the last three years.   • Typing experience which will show a high level of accuracy and speed of no less than 30wpm.
