Yard Operative

Roofing Peterborough are currently looking to recruit a Yard Operative to ensure that the receiving, storage, picking and loading of stock is efficient and timely managed while also providing first class customer service.

What does the role involve?

As Yard Operative, you will be required to assist with deliveries, un-loading and loading of vehicles at the branch. You will also engage with customers face to face, picking the correct products and packing their orders in a timely and professional manner.

We are looking for someone who will maintain a clean and safe working environment and who will be an asset to the day-to-day goings within the branch.

Experience in manual handling and good attention to details

To be a great team player with good communication skills

Good knowledge of safe working practices

Hold a Forklift Licence (desirable)
