For over 20 years, we've been at the forefront of ensuring safety across vital industries like marine, aviation, and commercial sectors, providing critical surface prep and coating services that keep runways, ports, and bridge decks operational., The Role: As a Yard Operative / Fitter, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll assist in the repair, service, and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment, ensuring all machines are ready for action. You'll anticipate issues before they arise, keep machinery in top condition, and load equipment onto trucks, working closely with our operations team to ensure resources are ready for upcoming projects. Safety is at the heart of everything we do, and you'll help enforce our safety regulations at all times.

You'll also take on general yard and workshop duties, from stock management to keeping our workspace organized, making sure machine parts, materials, and consumables are where they need to be.

Full UK driving licence (required)
HGV Class 2 licence (advantageous but not essential)
A flexible, hands-on approach to work
A knack for problem-solving
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Team player with a positive attitude
Driving licence checks will be completed prior to employment.
