Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher looking for a rewarding part-time role? We are seeking a talented Year 2 Teacher to join a vibrant and nurturing school in Farnborough. This is a job-share position, working Thursdays and Fridays, starting in January 2025 and continuing until July 2025, with the possibility of extension. The Role: As a Year 2 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of children at a crucial stage in their learning journey. You will work closely with your job-share partner to provide a seamless and engaging curriculum, fostering academic progress and personal development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 (KS1) curriculum.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the leadership team to ensure the best outcomes for students., Located in Farnborough, the school is committed to fostering a love of learning in a safe, inclusive, and creative environment.   • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a good honours degree.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally with knowledge of the KS1 curriculum.
  • A passion for education, creativity, and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a job-share arrangement.
