Full Job Description

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage young learners? We are seeking a dynamic Year 3 Class Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team from January. This is a permanent, full-time position in a school committed to nurturing a love for learning and helping each child achieve their full potential., As a Year 3 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Inspire and challenge children to achieve their best academically and socially
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports each child's individual needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure pupils' progress and well-being
  • Contribute to the wider school community through events and extracurricular activities

    Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Is enthusiastic, creative, and committed to providing high-quality learning experiences
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Is organised, reflective, and eager to contribute to the wider school community
