Year 5 classroom teacher

+ Responsible for two classes of children as they rotate on a weekly basis.
+ Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and creativity
+ Conduct assessments, provide timely feedback, and track student progress
+ Implement effective behaviour management strategies
+ Establishing strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
The Ideal Year 5 Teacher will:
+ Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
+ Hold a recent and clear Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
+ Demonstrate a track record of successful experience working with primary-aged students
+ Have the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, showcasing your ability to meet the unique challenges of this group
+ Embody patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of students, particularly those with diverse behavioural needs
