This role focuses on providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils in KS2, specifically for SATs exam preparation.Responsibilities: Deliver targeted academic assistance to Year 6 pupils in preparation for SATs exams. Provide individualised support to students, helping them understand challenging concepts and improve their academic performance. Conduct small group sessions, focusing on key areas of the SATs curriculum. Assist teachers in planning and implementing effective revision
strategies. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting support as necessary. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to motivate students. Collaborate with teachers to identify and address the specific needs of each pupil. Requirements: A recent graduate with a strong academic background.
