Full Job Description

We are looking for a Year Lead for our Sixth Form who is ready to join our team of support staff.

In this non-teaching role, you will combine your passion for helping and supporting children with a whole-year responsibility. This post will provide you with opportunities to demonstrate the leadership skills necessary to make a real difference to student lives.

As part of the Academy's pastoral team, you will join a team that is playing a key part in improving the outcomes and life chances of the students within the Academy. The Head of Year will play a key role in leading their year group and ensuring that they receive the very best education and pastoral care.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate a strong pastoral background to support the school's wider ethos and values in raising students' achievement (progress, attendance, behaviour and attitudes) for a year group, ensuring disadvantaged students excel.
