Full Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Young Carer Support Practitioner , to join the newlyformed young carer support team. As part of a new team, this post would bepredominantly covering all of Shropshire .The post is for 15 hours a week, including some evenings for the purpose of meetingchildren and young people at clubs.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children and youngpeople and will have some experience and understanding of the experiences of thefamily and unpaid carers and the role that they fulfil.We are seeking to recruit a well-motivated and creative practitioner who can developthe strengths of individuals and maximise their independence utilising communityresources and is an excellent team player.
