Full Job Description
We are looking for aYoung Persons Support Worker (Customer Support Co-Ordinator) tojoin our team in Lancashire to work across our Young Person'sSupported Accommodation projects. Working within this scheme youwill support with the continued, safe provision of accommodationand person-centred support for young people. As part of your role you will also be required to completethe below duties.

- working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

- Safeguarding and riskmanagement
- Planning transition and moveon
- Team working The role will involve workingwith young customers, Group employees and outside agencies andprofessionals to deliver a holistic service that is of the higheststandard. You will play a key role in signing up new customers tothe service and in providing advice and guidance with thewelfare/benefit system. You will be responsible for the maintenanceof the scheme including carrying out risk assessments and otherhealth and safety monitoring as well as working closely with thehousing management team regarding repairs, voids andmaintenance. Please note that you will work36.25 hours per week over a 7 day rotaperiod. This post is subject to asatisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service andall offers of employment are subject to the receipt of twosatisfactory references.

To be considered forthis role it is essential to have experience working withindividuals 16 plus, it is a requirement to of worked within acustomer facing role therefore you can offer the best customerservice to our customers.
