Youth Ambassador - The Switch Board for The Social Switch Project

As a Youth Panel Ambassador, you'll have the unique chance to:

• Empower: Use your lived experience and insights to influence decisions and help create positive change for young people across London.
• Influence: Be part of decision-making processes, guiding programme development and youth-centred initiatives.
• Lead: Develop leadership skills through public speaking, project ownership, and participation in real-world opportunities.
What you'll be doing:
• Attending monthly meetings and contributing to discussions
• Providing feedback on initiatives and youth programmes
• Representing the Youth Panel at internal and external events
• Participating in a collective social action project each year, This role offers the flexibility of a sessional position with London Living Wage pay. You'll engage in monthly meetings (both digital and face-to-face) and have opportunities to attend events, collaborate with different teams at Catch22, and contribute to exciting projects-all while growing your own professional skills!
