Full Job Description
Do you want to make a difference and be part of a vibrant and inclusive organisation that has been helping save lives for more than a century? As one of the country's best-loved charities, St John Ambulance played a pivotal role in responding to the pandemic as well as 'everyday' health emergencies, training, supporting communities and improving young people's lives.

The sessions delivered will provide development to young people's citizenship and will focus on a desire to work or volunteer in an NHS role in the future. You will work closely with a Project Lead and other Youth Support Workers to plan and deliver appropriate content and to adapt the delivery to the individual needs of the young people on your programme. The sessions will be delivered either face to face or at a partner NHS building or SJA building in a hybrid way or virtually during term time. Please note you will require flexibility to travel and work evenings/weekends where required.
This is a 3 hours a week post with a 10 months contract. You will work two hours face to face delivery and 1 hour for planning, this is flexible across the week., Support with the recruitment of young people onto the programme
