We are looking for a qualified legal executive, solicitor or barrister who has experience in criminal and/or civil litigation to join an established team of 25 people. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for providing advice, preparing and presenting civil order applications in the Magistrates' Court, in particular applications made under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. Applicants must have the ability and willingness to travel and work flexibly throughout the region.
