Join us as our Biodiversity Course Administrator and help us deliver inspiring training programmes!, As our Biodiversity Course Administrator, you'll be the friendly and efficient first point of contact for customer enquiries, handling bookings, invoicing, and supporting our network of expert tutors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer queries via phone and email
- Processing course bookings, invoices, and assisting corporate course sales.
- Ensuring accuracy of all administration entered into our dedicated booking system.
- Assisting in promoting our programmes to potential customers and stakeholders.
- Helping onboard new tutors and ensuring smooth communication.
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with reports.
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will have: - A meticulous approach to administrative tasks and data management.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and office software.
- A friendly and professional manner when handling customer communications.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- A passion for biodiversity and the environmental education sector.
