Full Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. This role will be crucial in supporting our Estate Managers, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, while helping to maintain the smooth operation of the team. You will be directly supporting the Estate Managers on various activities, including Choice sales, quotes, orders, invoicing, and liaising with multiple departments to ensure that our small format estate runs seamlessly. - Provide key administrative support to Estate Managers, ensuring smooth operations across the small format estate
- Assist with reporting and analysis of Estate Management activities and contract performance
- Raise Choice quotes, orders, and invoices, liaising with the Construction team on delivery schedules and addressing issues impacting the Choice build programme
- Manage internal and external correspondence and queries, ensuring efficient delivery of administrative functions within relevant timescales
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, escalating where necessary to the relevant departments (e.g., Digital Support, Poster Management, Construction Management, HS&E)
- Organise meetings, manage filing systems, and provide other essential administrative duties
- Build positive working relationships with all team members and contribute consistently to team sessions and business goals
Proven administrative experience with excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Strong customer service skills, with experience handling both internal and external queries
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently
