STUDENT WELLBEING OFFICER

Temporary 12-month FTC

Grade 4 £25,183.00 - £28,624.00 Annually (FTE) Actual Salary: £21,835 - £24,839

Term-time only plus one week

37 hours per week, 8am - 4pm (3.30pm finish Friday)

Based at Meadow Park School, Abbey Road, Coventry CV3 4BD

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Meadow Park School for a motivated and flexible individual to join our support team, which is a key part of our provision to support young people in school. The role will provide an opportunity to work closely with a range of students and abilities to ensure students achieve their full potential. You will support the Education Welfare Officer (EWO) in the day-to-day management of student attendance ensuring high standards of attendance and routine across the school whilst supporting the general well-being of students.

Finham Park Multi Academy Trust is a growing organisation, which is currently made up of 7 schools across Coventry and Warwickshire of which Meadow Park School is the most recently affiliated. The Primary and Secondary schools in Finham Park MAT will set out to pioneer, innovate and deliver a "World Class" education for all.
