We are looking for a Transition Provision Lead Teacher to join our team to support students with their transition from Primary to Secondary school. They will work with a small group of students supporting them socially and academically to ensure a positive transition and successful integration into Year 7 and the wider school community. - Experience in successfully delivering English and Maths at KS2 or KS3
