Full Job Description
- Follow changes and interpret appropriate legislation, customer requirements, and industry standards to support the development and continuous improvement of the QEHS Management system,
- Contribute to the business with specialist knowledge within the designated area of QEHS expertise.
- Participate in QEHS-related projects.
- Develop and implement systems of work necessary within the designated area of expertise to meet relevant QEHS requirements.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on QEHS information and data as required.
- Develop plans to continuous improve QEHS performance across the business and support in problem-solving.
- Provide relevant expert guidance to innovation/NPD and infrastructure projects across the whole supply chain to minimize QEHS risk to Arla.
- Carry out internal and external audits (following relevant training).
- Train colleagues across the business within the designated area of QEHS expertise.
- Facilitate and develop organizational knowledge sharing and foster a shared culture of QEHS continuous improvement .
- Collaborate well with customer and other external stakeholders regarding QEHS requirement, including incident management, complaint handling queries, audits, and improvements.
A degree in food science, technology, environment/sustainability, or a related discipline. - Relevant QEHS qualifications (including country-specific qualifications).
