Key Responsibilities
+ Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
+ Observe, monitor, and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records
+ Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
+ Build strong, professional relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
+ Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure the welfare of all children in your care
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team in Coventry (CV3). This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified childcare professional who is committed to providing outstanding early years education and care., + Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent)
+ Proven experience working within an early years setting
+ Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
