- We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join our team and take on a pivotal role in managing, building, and retaining public sector partnerships with some of our biggest partners
- You will line manage and support public sector partnerships
- You will play a vital role in nurturing our public sector partnerships, ensuring their success, using data to make informed decisions that drive growth
- You will also play a key role in retaining our valued partners and ensuring successful contract renewals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key public sector partners, addressing their needs and concerns, and swiftly resolving any issues that may arise
- Manage contract renewals and be responsible for the retention and growth of key existing partners
- Oversee the preparation and submission of business cases internally to promote growth within accounts which will include presenting at conferences and attending events
- Be a public facing ambassador of InPost, presenting our successes to the world at conferences and events
- Co-ordinate cross-functional team activities to support public sector account needs
- Collaborate with our wider Operations teams to ensure that the installation of new lockers run smoothly to time and forecast
- Collaborate with our wider Comms teams to ensure that our partnerships are being communicated in trade and local publications
- Provide regular reports and updates on partnership performance and growth to partners and senior leadership
6+ years of experience in public sector partnerships, account management, and/or business development in a government-related environment - Demonstrated track record of successfully building and growing strategic partnerships with government and wider public sector entities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the public sector's decision-making structures and policy frameworks
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
