Experienced and solution-oriented technical accountant with a commercial mindset.
Significant experience in IFRS, preferably from banking, including IFRS 2, IFRS 9, and IFRS 15, in large finance organizations or fintech. Experience with Swedish reporting and additional GAAPs is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical accounting, in medium to large-sized organizations or in auditing such organizations. Experience at a Big 4 audit firm is advantageous.
Hands-on experience with complex business structures and sophisticated transaction mapping and design from an accounting perspective, preferably including treasury-related transactions.
Naturally curious with a keen interest in understanding data flows.
Experience in consulting, payments, and commercial businesses is a plus.
A degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable professional education in financial accounting., Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset.
Proven ability to drive process improvements and engage proactively.
Experience in a dynamic international environment.
Known for accounting expertise and a proactive approach to taking ownership of projects.
Strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
Experience in mentoring and providing training on technical accounting issues.
