A qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
A proactive approach, always looking for ways to improve and challenge the status quo.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders from different areas.
Experience in financial services and product knowledge is a plus (CR includes Personal Current Accounts, Savings and UK Personal Banking).
A commitment to being onsite with the team at least two days a week (South West hub: Bristol, Cardiff or Newport)., Disability Confident
