Maintain and update the fixed asset register.
Prepare and post monthly prepayments and accruals.
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and inter-company transaction reconciliations.
Complete VAT returns (monthly and quarterly).
Process payroll for weekly employees.
Handle bank and revenue reconciliations.
Assist with sales and purchase ledger processing when required.
Record cash book entries and generate ad hoc reports.
Support the production of monthly management accounts and quarterly MI for banks.

ACCA, ACA, or CIMA finalist or professional level qualification.
Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical skills.
High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
Confident, self-motivated, and able to work on own initiative.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Previous accounting experience in the construction industry is preferred.
Knowledge of COINS software is advantageous.
