Full Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated candidate who will work as an Office Administrator whose key role will be to deliver outstanding customer service to our customers, and to capture, administer & process orders. What does the role involve? As an Administrator, you will liaise between our various departments, ensuring effective communication is always in place. You will also take customer queries and raise orders, You'll provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager. In addition, you will be required to monitor and ensure paperwork compliance. You will be working along internal and external stakeholders so excellent customer skills are essential.
- Excellent customer service, IT skills and educated to a proficient level of English and Mathematics
- To be well organised and efficient to help manage our paperwork.
- Proven experience working with administration.
- Proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and external stakeholders.
