Full Job Description
As our new Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with patients, healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email, delivering a high level service at all times
- Working face to face with patients - you will be working on the reception hatch, booking patients in for appointments, answering queries etc
- Provide a high quality admin service to the healthcare team
- Coordinate clinics and chase referrals (internal and external)
- Arrange and chase hospital appointments, prisoner release and transfers, and arrange appointments for follow on care
- Scan paperwork, process applications, and collect paperwork from the wings If you are interested in career development, we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and experience, which include both internal and external options for development and learning.
- Experience within an administrative role / setting - any experience in a healthcare environment would be an advantage (GP surgery, hospital etc)
- Excellent customer service skills

This position is full time, working 37.5 hours per week and youll receive an annual salary of £24,924 - £27,582 per annum - depending on experience. Hours For this full time role, you will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts are 8am and 4pm. How will we support you?
