Full Job Description

  • Sales invoice and Purchase order processing
  • Create subcontractor orders
  • Process delivery notes
  • Preparing reports as required for operational managers and admin team leads
  • Monitoring Debt Management, checking invoice details and liaising with client to resolve any queries.
  • Maintaining accurate records of Purchase Orders
  • Liaising with subcontractors, customers and suppliers to ensure an efficient service

  • In this role, you will provide admin assistance to the project managers and the operations team, focusing on procurement, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. If you are someone who thrives in an administrative role with varied tasks, we would love to hear from you!,
  • Experience with processing Invoices and Purchase Orders
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
