We have an exciting opportunity for a BMW New Car Sales Executive at Halliwell Jones Warrington. Join our high-performing team at our state-of-the-art dealership, featuring BMW and MINI Showrooms, Aftersales, and a cutting-edge Bodyshop. Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed sales targets for new BMW vehicles within set financial guidelines.
- Engage with customers, capture key contact details, and follow up within 24 hours to provide a first-class buying experience.
- Contribute to innovation - Play an active role in shaping sales strategies, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain full compliance with all financial and FCA regulations.
Proven sales, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. - A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Strong presentation, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure, particularly when working to tight deadlines.
- An enthusiastic, dynamic, and team-orientated personality.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
- Weekend working required - one weekend on, one weekend off.
- IT literate - knowledge of MS Office & CRM systems preferred.
