Full Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Auditor to join our Amazon Shipping (SWA) Compliance team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting daily quality inspections of shipping operations, ensuring compliance with Amazon's high standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance within a logistics environment. You will perform regular audits, document findings, track quality metrics, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders to maintain operational excellence. - Conduct daily Shipper volume inspections following established procedures
- Identify and document safety/quality defects according to compliance standards
- Complete accurate inspection reports and maintain quality metrics data
- Track and report quality trends to the Compliance leadership team
- Suggest potential improvements based on observed patterns
- Follow up on corrective actions to ensure implementation
- Support site compliance initiatives and quality programs
- Maintain communication with site teams regarding quality concerns
Quality assurance experience - - - Logistics experience - - - Basic Excel skills and experience with data entry - - - Experience with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications, Previous ICQA (Inventory Quality Control Assurance) experience - Experience in problem-solving roles - Familiarity with root cause analysis - Experience using quality tracking systems - Knowledge of shipping operations - Basic understanding of quality metrics - Previous experience in a similar role in logistics or warehousing
