Full Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Sutton to assist with the appointment of a Customer Experience Specialist, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration., An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join a fast-paced contact centre environment. This role is essential in supporting Housing Management and Repairs services through high-quality customer interactions and efficient administrative support. Please note: this role is fully office-based with no hybrid working option. Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, triaging Housing Management and Repairs queries effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction, ensuring resident satisfaction.
- Accurately log and process service requests and escalate issues where necessary.
- Support administrative processes related to housing services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain clear and thorough records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Previous experience in a high-volume call centre or customer service environment (essential). - Strong knowledge of housing or repairs-related services (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with CRM or call handling systems.
