Full Job Description

You'll assist in the delivery and development of a programme of activities and events. By doing so, you'll help to create an enjoyable experience for everyone that visits and help them understand more about our place. Your role will involve working outside, engaging with families and facilitating activities., Reporting to the Programming and Partnerships Manager, you'll be working alongside the Programming and Partnerships team to deliver events and activities for the property.

Charlecote is a busy property with lots of variety and an energetic team. This role will suit someone who thrives in a changing and creative environment.

What you'll be doing
Working with the team you'll create and deliver events and activities that bring our place to life for our visitors during two key moments in the year, Summer and Christmas. Understanding how and why we engage our supporters is key. You'll help link everything we do back to our cause and the on-going work we do. You'll deliver high standards of presentation on site and ensure all our communications with our visitors around the property is clear and consistent.

In May until early July you'll be supporting with planning and preparing the summer offer, averaging 2 days a week. From the end of July until beginning of September - delivery of summer of play averaging 5 days a week. From September to mid November you'll be supporting with preparing and installing Christmas, averaging 2 days a week. And from the end of November until December you'll be delivering the Christmas offer, averaging 4 days a week.

You'll be based at Charlecote Park, and you'll be required to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota.

Salary: £12.75 per hour

Contract duration: Fixed term contract for 8 months

Hours/working pattern: This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. You'll work 842 hours over the duration of the contract and you'll work between 2-5 days per week., The package
