Full Job Description
There has never been a better time to join Oxford Health CAMHS with this post is based in our Getting More Help (GMH) team. You will make a positive difference to children and young people's life chances. Delivering a high quality, comprehensive mental health service for children, young people and their families who are experiencing mental health difficulties.
Part-time opportunities will also be considered for this post., + Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualised care plans, and regularly review and adjust these plans to meet the evolving needs of young people and their families.
+ Provide educational resources and practical support using evidence-based interventions, fostering a collaborative and recovery-focused environment.
+ Identify potential risks, develop and implement risk management plans, and encourage positive risk-taking to promote growth and resilience.
+ Offer clinical guidance, support, and supervision to team members, promoting best practices and continuous professional development.
+ Participate in activities to improve service effectiveness, contribute to service outcome evaluations, and collaborate with team members to implement improvements
