Full Job Description
Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year 1-Year Fixed Term Contract The People Assistant role provides administrative support for LWC and St Neots across a variety of HR functions, including but not limited to, recruitment, compliance, staff training, maintenance of people systems and personnel files. This role acts as the first point of contact for People/HR-related queries from employees and external partners. This role requires a meticulous and detail-orientated approach to ensure HR processes run smoothly and in compliance with statutory requirements and best practices. We have recently introduced a new People System at both schools. The role holder will work in collaboration with the rest of the People Team to support the next phases of this project, as well as the day-to-day activities described above.
