Full Job Description
- Offer clinical supervision to colleagues.
- Offer in-reach support to The Croft and support the young people that reside there and staff who are based there.
- Offer therapeutic intervention to young people and the network.
- Offering risk assessments and creating care plans which are individualised for the young person you are working with.
Completing assessments to deem appropriateness for The Croft.
