As a Children's Residential Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and support, helping young people lead happy and fulfilling lives. By learning new key skills and gaining a variety of excellent qualifications, you will open up numerous progression opportunities within the social care sector. Many of our regional and service managers started as support workers and have successfully climbed the Keys ladder - and we are committed to supporting you to do the same! - A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
