Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will be the friendly face of our holiday home sales department to potential and existing holiday homeowners, doing among many other things, the following:

Meeting and greeting our owners and prospective owners
Taking a genuine interest in each owner and prospective owner, building rapport and asking open questions, so that you can help the sales team look after them appropriately
Supporting owners throughout their ownership journey and dealing with queries professionally and efficiently
Responding to correspondence and supporting the sales team

First and foremost, you will be a people person. You will have a talent for making people feel special, whether it's having the ability to genuinely listen to potential owners at the start of their journey, or building long term relationships with existing owners, remembering the details that matter to them.
