As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that our customers rely on. From answering questions, providing course information and supporting our students with daily queries to working collaboratively with our curriculum team to process part-time applications and enrolments. You will play a crucial role in the outstanding experience our students and visitors receive when they come to Wiltshire College & University Centre.

Knowledge and demonstrable experience within a customer facing role and be able to evidence your understanding of the importance of quality. Your ability to communicate on all levels will be key.
A flexible and positive approach and have a strong ability to manage a substantial workload.
Excellent IT skills.
Level 2 (GCSE A-C) qualification or equivalent in English and Maths.
