We're looking for Customer Service to join our team at Wincanton based at our new state of the art SMART warehouse in Middlewich. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will support with the daily management of stock related enquiries.,

· Assist with stock investigations from customer or supplier queries, receipt errors, etc
· Allocating orders for customers
· Communicate with the customer with any stock issues
· Operate customer and internal IT systems
· Provide administrative support where needed throughout the day
· Liaise with internal and external customers as required
· First point of contact to all site visitors
· Support and provide training to new and existing colleagues
· Communicate with drivers and warehouse colleagues on a daily basis, developing an effective working relationship
· Ensure conduct and behaviour to be compliant with H&S legislation and guidelines
· Committed to continuous improvement of the site
· Undertake additional duties as and when required

· General administration experience
· Ability to provide and understand the need for a high customer service
· Proactive, flexible, can-do attitude to resolve issues and challenges
· Able to demonstrate attention to detail and an accurate and precise way of working
· PC literate and numerate with good communication skills, with a working knowledge of MS Office suite
· Demonstrate strong communication skills at all levels
· Flexibility regarding shift patterns
· Ability to suggest methods of improvement to be actively involved in continuous improvement implementation
· Attention to detail to assume quality checking and quality control

· Unrivalled salary £24,920.13 per year
· Monday to Friday working 8am to 4pm
